These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dollmob, including Dollmob’s website, applications, features, communities, messaging tools, profiles, closets, wiki features, listing features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. The Service
Dollmob is a community platform for doll collectors, artists, customizers, photographers, and hobbyists. The Service may allow users to create accounts, publish profiles, upload photos, create doll profiles, manage closet or collection entries, contribute to community resources, create listing pages, comment, react, tag, search, send private messages, and interact with other users.
Dollmob may change, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dollmob.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Dollmob only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You must be at least 18 years old to create listings, offer items for sale or trade, arrange transactions, or use any marketplace-related features. By using marketplace-related features, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Dollmob may restrict or terminate accounts, remove listings, or limit access to features if we believe a user does not meet the applicable age requirements.
3. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use some parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Dollmob promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Dollmob may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or restrict access to the Service where we believe doing so is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the integrity of the Service.
4. User Content
“User Content” means any content you upload, submit, post, send, create, display, or otherwise make available through Dollmob, including photos, images, text, comments, reviews, messages, doll profiles, closet items, collection entries, listing information, wiki contributions, tags, reactions, feedback, and other materials.
You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content. Dollmob does not claim ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to Dollmob, you grant Dollmob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to authorize service providers acting on Dollmob’s behalf, to host, store, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, transmit, index, cache, format, resize, crop, compress, analyze, moderate, remove, and otherwise use your User Content only as necessary or appropriate to operate, provide, maintain, secure, moderate, and improve the Service.
Dollmob will not use your User Content in advertising, sponsorships, promotional materials, or off-platform marketing without your separate permission.
This license includes the right to display public User Content on Dollmob, make User Content available through platform features such as profiles, closets, feeds, search results, wiki pages, listings, comments, notifications, previews, moderation tools, backups, and administrative tools, and make technical or formatting changes needed to display User Content across devices and services.
This license also includes the right to use automated and manual tools to classify, label, blur, filter, restrict, review, remove, or otherwise moderate User Content, including tools intended to detect profanity, nudity, sensitive visual content, spam, fraud, abuse, infringement, or other prohibited content.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and grant the rights described in these Terms, and that your User Content does not violate any law or infringe, misappropriate, or violate anyone else’s rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
5. Public Content
Some User Content may be publicly visible, including public profiles, doll profiles, closet entries, listing pages, comments, reactions, wiki contributions, tags, guides, and other content posted to public areas of the Service.
You understand that public User Content may be viewed, copied, saved, indexed, linked to, discussed, or otherwise used by other users or third parties. Dollmob is not responsible for third-party use of public User Content.
You should not post User Content publicly if you do not want it to be visible to other users or third parties.
6. Community Contributions
Some parts of Dollmob may allow users to contribute public or collaborative information, including wiki entries, brand information, sculpt information, guides, tags, corrections, comments, marketplace feedback, collection metadata, and other community-maintained materials (“Community Contributions”).
Because Community Contributions may be edited, relied on, expanded, reorganized, or incorporated into public community resources, you grant Dollmob a continuing, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use Community Contributions in connection with the Service, even if you later delete your account or stop using the Service.
Dollmob may preserve, edit, reorganize, moderate, remove, anonymize, or de-identify Community Contributions where reasonably necessary to maintain the accuracy, continuity, safety, usefulness, or integrity of the Service.
7. Deletion of User Content
You may delete certain User Content using the tools available through Dollmob. After deletion, Dollmob will remove the deleted User Content from public display where reasonably practicable.
However, User Content may continue to exist for a limited period in backups, caches, logs, security records, moderation records, legal records, or other internal records. Dollmob may also retain copies where retention is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, or maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
Deletion of User Content may not remove copies or references that were already viewed, saved, shared, quoted, referenced, incorporated, or otherwise used by other users, except where required by law or where Dollmob chooses to remove them.
8. Private Messages
Dollmob may allow users to send private messages to other users. Private messages are User Content, but they are not intended to be publicly displayed by Dollmob.
By sending private messages, you grant Dollmob the limited rights necessary to transmit, store, display, moderate, secure, and maintain those messages as part of the Service.
You should not send highly sensitive personal information through private messages, including government identification numbers, financial account information, passwords, authentication codes, private addresses, medical information, or other information you would not want another user or unauthorized person to access. Dollmob cannot control what other users do with information you choose to send to them.
Dollmob may access, review, preserve, disclose, restrict, or remove private messages where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, respond to user reports, comply with law, prevent harm, or protect Dollmob, users, or others.
Users may not use private messages to send unlawful, abusive, harassing, infringing, fraudulent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
9. Doll Nudity and Sensitive Visual Content
Dollmob is intended for doll collectors, artists, customizers, photographers, and hobbyists. Some permitted doll-related content may include non-sexual doll nudity, including images showing doll bodies for customization, repair, identification, sculpt comparison, resale documentation, body blushing, clothing fit, artistic display, or similar hobby-related purposes.
Dollmob may use automated detection, user controls, blur settings, content labels, visibility settings, profanity filters, user reports, and manual review to classify, restrict, blur, remove, or otherwise moderate sensitive visual content. These tools may not always be accurate, and Dollmob does not guarantee that all sensitive content will be detected, labeled, blurred, restricted, or removed.
Users may not upload, send, post, list, solicit, or promote sexual content involving minors, real-person sexual imagery, exploitative material, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful content, or content Dollmob determines to be pornographic, predatory, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate for the Service.
10. Community Rules
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
- Upload, post, distribute, or otherwise make available content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, including content created using generative AI or other automated tools.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, stalk, exploit, or target other users.
- Send spam, scams, phishing attempts, malware, or fraudulent messages.
- Manipulate listings, feedback, reactions, rankings, tags, search results, recommendations, or platform features.
- Misrepresent item condition, ownership, authenticity, price, availability, shipping status, transaction terms, or your relationship to any artist, seller, company, brand, or other person.
- Circumvent moderation tools, visibility controls, content filters, bans, suspensions, age gates, account restrictions, or technical restrictions.
- Scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, download, extract, or misuse Service data except as expressly permitted by Dollmob.
- Use User Content, Community Contributions, Service data, listings, images, text, metadata, or other materials from the Service to train, fine-tune, develop, evaluate, improve, or operate artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, datasets, or similar automated tools without Dollmob’s express written permission.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or compromise the Service, except as expressly permitted by Dollmob.
- Use the Service to facilitate unlawful, unsafe, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
Dollmob may publish additional Community Guidelines. Those guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Listings and Third-Party Transactions
Dollmob may allow eligible users to create listings for dolls, doll clothing, accessories, supplies, or related items. Listings are provided for informational and community purposes only.
Dollmob does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, guarantee transactions, verify item authenticity, inspect items, ship items, insure packages, calculate taxes, resolve payment disputes, or act as a buyer, seller, broker, auctioneer, payment processor, marketplace facilitator, or agent for any user.
Any purchase, sale, trade, payment, refund, chargeback, tax, shipping, customs, insurance, authenticity, condition, delivery, or dispute issue is solely between the users involved and any third-party service they choose to use, such as PayPal, Ko-fi, shipping carriers, or other external providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and not misleading. Dollmob may remove, restrict, relabel, archive, or moderate listings at any time if we believe they violate these Terms, create risk, involve fraud or abuse, infringe rights, or are otherwise harmful to Dollmob or users.
Dollmob may allow users to leave feedback, mark items as sold or expired, report listings, or provide transaction-related information. These features are provided for community safety and convenience and do not make Dollmob a party to any transaction.
12. Donations
Dollmob may accept voluntary donations or support payments through third-party services such as Ko-fi. Donations are not purchases of goods or services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Donations do not create ownership rights, governance rights, equity rights, special access rights, or any entitlement to continued operation of Dollmob.
Donation payments are processed by third-party providers and may be subject to their own terms, fees, refund policies, and privacy practices.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party websites, applications, payment processors, donation platforms, shipping services, analytics services, hosting providers, moderation tools, authentication providers, or other services.
Dollmob does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, security, accuracy, fees, actions, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
14. Moderation and Enforcement
Dollmob may, but is not required to, monitor, review, moderate, restrict, blur, label, remove, archive, preserve, or disable access to User Content or accounts.
Dollmob may take action if we believe, in our discretion, that content, conduct, listings, messages, or account activity violates these Terms, violates law, creates risk, infringes rights, harms users, harms Dollmob, or is otherwise inappropriate for the Service.
Moderation actions may include warnings, content removal, content labels, blur settings, visibility restrictions, listing restrictions, message restrictions, account suspension, account termination, reporting to third-party services, or reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.
Dollmob is not required to explain every moderation decision and does not guarantee that moderation will be error-free, consistent, immediate, or complete.
15. Copyright Complaints
Dollmob respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Dollmob infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint to our designated copyright contact at:
Copyright Contact: [email protected]
Your notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Dollmob may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice as permitted by law.
16. Trademarks and Platform Content
Dollmob’s name, logos, branding, design elements, code, layout, features, and other platform materials are owned by Dollmob or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right to use Dollmob’s name, logos, branding, or platform materials except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Dollmob’s platform materials except as permitted by law or with Dollmob’s written permission.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by Dollmob’s Privacy Policy, which explains how Dollmob collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding privacy practices, the Privacy Policy controls.
18. Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback about Dollmob, you grant Dollmob the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Dollmob is not required to treat feedback as confidential.
19. Service Availability
Dollmob may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, outages, security issues, hosting failures, third-party service failures, or other reasons.
Dollmob does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time or location.
20. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dollmob disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and course of dealing.
Dollmob does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- User Content will be accurate, lawful, safe, or reliable.
- Listings will be accurate or items will be authentic, available, shipped, delivered, or as described.
- Users will act lawfully, honestly, safely, or in accordance with these Terms.
- Automated moderation, nudity detection, profanity filtering, blur tools, or reporting tools will identify all problematic content or avoid mistakes.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dollmob and its owners, operators, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, transaction losses, payment disputes, shipping disputes, or damages arising from user conduct or third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dollmob’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid directly to Dollmob for use of the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose; or
- $1.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
22. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dollmob and its owners, operators, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your User Content.
- Your listings, transactions, communications, or disputes with other users.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law or third-party right.
- Your fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or misconduct.
Dollmob may assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with Dollmob’s defense.
23. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may be able to delete your account through account settings or by contacting Dollmob.
Dollmob may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, infringed rights, abused the Service, violated law, or harmed Dollmob or other users.
When an account is deleted or terminated, Dollmob may remove, hide, scrub, anonymize, or de-identify public account information such as display name, profile text, avatar, bio, and other public-facing fields where reasonably practicable. Dollmob will not publicly expose a deleted user’s email address or phone number.
Dollmob may permanently retain usernames, marketplace feedback, moderation reports, and records of moderation actions taken against the account where reasonably necessary to preserve marketplace trust, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce rules, maintain accurate safety records, resolve disputes, comply with law, or protect Dollmob, users, or others.
Dollmob may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, infringed rights, abused the Service, violated law, or harmed Dollmob or other users.
After account termination, certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including provisions relating to User Content licenses, Community Contributions, deletion and retention, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
24. Changes to These Terms
Dollmob may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms, updating the “Last Updated” date, or using other reasonable notice methods.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
25. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to the arbitration provision below, the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, unless otherwise required by law.
26. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
You and Dollmob agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally. Before filing a claim, the party raising the dispute must send written notice to the other party describing the dispute and the relief requested. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after notice is received.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may require the dispute to be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
The arbitration will take place in King County, Washington, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitration will be conducted by AAA under the applicable consumer arbitration rules, except as modified by these Terms.
You and Dollmob agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. Neither party may bring or participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to [email protected] with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms, together with any policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and Dollmob regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Dollmob’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Dollmob’s prior written consent. Dollmob may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of law.
